When can I see my photos?

After the excitement of your photo shoot, we’re sure you’ll be just as keen to see your amazing portraits!

Your viewing appointment usually takes place about a week after your shoot at a time that is suitable for your and your family and on average lasts 45 minutes.

PLEASE BRING ALONG YOUR DIARY TO YOUR PHOTO SHOOT
so we can book your viewing appointment before you leave.

Photo viewings take place in our cosy lounge area where your edited portraits will be shown to you cinema-style set to music!
Please note that all decision makers need to be present for the photo viewing. Extended members of the family are welcome to attend.

If you would like to book your viewing appointment in advance, please drop us a call to arrange the date.

It is sometimes possible on weekdays to view your photographs on the same day straight after your shoot. This needs to be booked in advance with prior arrangement.

If you need to postpone you viewing appointment, please allow us 3 working days notice and will be happy to arrange a more suitable date for you.
Failure to provide sufficient time may forfeit your deposit and/or voucher entirely.
